- Registration details you provide: name(s), email address, team information, and country.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment gateway. We receive a transaction reference and status; we do not collect or store your full card or bank account numbers.
- Submission content you upload as part of your competition entry.
- Technical data such as basic analytics and cookies used to operate and improve the website.
2. How we use your information
- To register your team, issue your Team Code, and administer the competition.
- To process payments and issue refunds where applicable.
- To communicate with you about your registration, submission, results, and important updates.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. Sharing your information
We share personal data only with: (a) our payment gateway and banking partners to process transactions; (b) service providers who help us run the website and email; and (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We keep registration and transaction records for as long as needed to run the competition and to comply with legal and financial-record requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Payment processing is handled over encrypted connections by our PCI-compliant gateway.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us, subject to records we must retain by law.
