Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for entry fees paid to Sqratch (operated by Jayant Singh, Sole Proprietor) for the Inhabit competition and related services.

1. Nature of the service

The competition entry fee purchases a digital service: a unique Team Code, access to the competition brief, and eligibility to submit an entry for evaluation. The service is delivered electronically and immediately on successful payment.

3. Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged more than once for the same registration, or money was debited but no Team Code was issued due to a technical or gateway error, you are entitled to a full refund of the erroneous charge. Email competitions@sqratch.in with your transaction reference and we will process it.

4. Cancellation or change of the competition by Sqratch

If Sqratch cancels the competition before submissions close, or makes a material change that prevents you from participating, you may request a full refund of your entry fee.
